Ms. Wolf “knocking that baby out of there!” Bishop Baron Comments

Bishop Barron is the creator and host of CATHOLICISM, a groundbreaking, award-winning documentary series about the Catholic Faith.

And while the killing of children was being joked about—especially, mind you, the children of the poor, who are disproportionately represented among the victims of abortion—most in this wealthy, overwhelmingly white, elite audience guffawed and applauded. Bishop Robert Baron comments.

Michelle Wolf’s comment was not just a bad joke; it was a brazen display of power, designed to appeal precisely to those who have reached the top of the greasy pole. Michell Wolf’s Video – Fowl, Crude, Vulgar Language

Michelle Wolf and the Throwaway Culture

At the 2018 White House Correspondents’ Dinner, stand-up comic Michelle Wolf was brought in to host and entertain the tuxedo-clad, formal-gown-wearing media elites.

One of the extraordinary but often overlooked qualities of a system of objective morality is that it is a check on the powerful and a protection of the most vulnerable. If good and evil are objective states of affairs, then they hem in and control the tendency of cultural elites to dominate others. When objective moral values evanesce, armies of the expendable emerge, and what Pope Francis aptly calls a cultura del descarte (a throwaway culture) obtains. One of the indicators that this has happened is lots of people in tuxedos and formal gowns, sipping from wine glasses, and laughing while someone jokes about the murder of children.

When we live in the space beyond good and evil, when morality is construed as entirely the invention of personal freedom, when nothing counts as intrinsically wicked, when any claim to moral authority is automatically shouted-down—in other words, when we live in the world that Nietzsche made possible—then the will of the most powerful necessarily holds sway. And when something or someone gets in the way of what the powerful want, well then, they just “gotta knock it out of there.”

The dinner is reminiscent of the Nazi elites tittering at a social gathering about what they were doing to the Jews and others “unworthy of life.” They made lampshades from the skin of Jewish people. We sell baby body parts for cash.

They got together to show the world just how ordinary and fun life with the condition is and how they #wouldntchangeathing.

This is so beautiful. My brother has down syndrome. But he’s the best thing ever, can do everything and most of all he brightens up my life. I wouldn’t be the same person without him.

I was completely touched by thus video, what a beautiful message. It reminds us how fragile life can be, and that we can get the best things from the adversity.

What I’ve Believed, Taught and Defended is a Lie!

The Abby Johnson Story “Unplanned” The Dramatic True Story of a Former Planned Parenthood Leader’s Eye-Opening Journey across the Life Line.

Abby Johnson illustrates the events that caused her to leave Planned Parenthood.

“The next movement was the sudden jerk of a tiny foot as the baby started kicking, as if trying to move away from the probing invader,”

“What I have told people for years, what I’ve believed and taught and defended, is a lie. What if I’d known the truth, and what if I’d told all those women?”

Abby Johnson quit her job in October 2009. That simple act became a national news story. Abby was director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Texas, but not long after assisting in an actual abortion procedure for the first time, she crossed the line to join the Coalition for Life. What happened in that clinic to cause this Planned Parenthood leader and Employee of the Year to take such drastic action? And how did Planned Parenthood react to her abrupt departure?

Abby reveals her full story in Unplanned: a heart-stopping personal drama of life-and-death encounters, a courtroom battle, and spiritual transformation. Now in an updated edition, Abby’s unique vantage point from both sides of the abortion clinic property line shines light and compassion into the personal and political controversy that surrounds this issue. For anyone who cares about the life-versus-rights debate and helping women who face crisis pregnancies, Unplanned is a must-read.

Spiritual Warfare Surrounds the Life of Christian Women!

Spiritual warfare surrounds the life of Christian women, but few have been taught how the Bible teaches us to fight back. Video

We fight an ancient enemy who uses modern warfare to assault women affecting each of our lives on a daily basis.

We are living on an active battlefield, surrounded by an evil enemy that wants to steal, kill and destroy women.

As a daughter of God, you are called to be a warrior so that you can experience victory against the enemy’s assault. We fight an ancient enemy who uses modern warfare to assault women affecting each of our lives on a daily basis. Our enemy’s primary purpose is to steal, kill and destroy.

We are living on an active battlefield, surrounded by an evil enemy that wants to steal, kill and destroy women.

God has created you to be a warrior with an irreplaceable role in the war, and you are needed out on the battlefield.

We will take an in-depth look at what the Bible says about our enemy, his most common tactics against women and the purpose of our spiritual armor. We will dissect each piece of our spiritual armor, giving you practical steps of application in your everyday life.

We are here to encourage women to strap their spiritual armor on so they can stand firm against our enemy and take the victory that Jesus has already won for us. God has already given us what we need in order to fight back but unfortunately, many women do not know “how” to use their armor. At Relentless Women Warriors, we are passionate about teaching women how to fight back, God’s way!

Remember Your Mother for Mothers Day. She Gave You Life!

Remember Your Mother for Mothers Day. She Gave You Life

Say thanks to the woman who’s had your back since day one.

Mother’s Day is always celebrated on the second Sunday in May. It’s not a federal holiday, however it’s widely celebrated as a special day to honor all mothers and motherhood. Together, let’s honor the women who raised us—and all the mothers who sacrificed for their children.

Remember Your Mother for Mothers Day. She Gave You Life

Every year, we thank our mothers on Mother’s Day for choosing to give us life.

The American incarnation of Mother’s Day was created by Anna Jarvis in 1908 and became an official U.S. holiday in 1914.

When you are a mother, you are never really alone in your thoughts. A mother always has to think twice, once for herself and once for her child.” —Sophia Loren

John 16:21: “Whenever a woman is in labor she has pain, because her hour has come; but when she gives birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish because of the joy that a child has been born into the world.”

Children are not a commodity that we produce on a whim. Each child who comes into the world is a person who will never be repeated. Just as we need to revere the life of every child, so should we also honor all mothers who give themselves selflessly in the vocation of motherhood.

Our society tells women that they can turn their fertility on and off like a light switch. How sad that we value women only as long as their natural life-giving ability doesn’t get in their way. God created women to give themselves completely to their husband and children. Love is about selflessness, not about control.

The Hospital had an “End of Life Plan” Alfie’s Death

Judge sentences baby Alfie to death . . . but he LIVES . . . now what?

It was in Alfie’s “best interest” to die. With “dignity,” of course.

On April 23, 2018, Alder Hey (Hospital) removed Alfie’s ventilator, per its “end of life plan.”

Judge sentences baby Alfie to death . . . but he LIVES . . . now what?

This is not dignity. This is not health care. This has nothing to do with Alfie’s “best interests.” This is MURDER.

But Alfie didn’t follow the plan. He started breathing on his own. The next day, when Alfie got tired and his lips turned blue, the hospital refused to intervene. So Alfie’s mom and dad gave him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to keep their baby alive.

Alder Hey then removed Alfie’s food and water. After all, the hospital had an “end of life plan” for Alfie that only included one outcome: Alfie’s death. Eventually, the hospital relented and provided an oxygen tube and hydration for comfort. But they remain committed to the plan, which now includes starving Alfie to death.

And now he is breathing on his own. But that’s not enough for Alder Hey. One way or another, Alfie must be made to comply with the hospital’s plan.

Alfie has needed a minor procedure (tracheostomy) for well over a year to provide an adequate flow of oxygen, but Alder Hey never did the procedure. Why not? Because Alder Hey decided from the beginning that Alfie’s life was not worth saving because it was not worth living.

The Vatican’s Bambino Gesu Hospital in Rome offered to treat Alfie. Alder Hey refused to release the baby and obtained an order from Justice Hayden prohibiting him from being transferred to another hospital.

Life Legal Defense Foundation is committed to doing everything in our power to help Alfie and his parents. At this time, Justice Hayden appears to be resolute in denying Alfie any chance to be transferred out of Alder Hey.

Who Rescues Human Trafficking Teen Victims

National Human Trafficking Hotline

Human sex trafficking—in which adults and children are coerced into engaging in sexual acts for money—continues to be a problem globally, including right here in the United States.

In 2017 alone, the National Human Trafficking Hotline, which allows people to anonymously report suspected instances of this crime, saw 4,460 cases of human trafficking. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children estimated that one in six endangered runaways reported to them were likely sex trafficking victims. One report from the Urban Institute even estimated that the underground sex economy generates more than $50 billion a year, worldwide, including more than $290 million just in a major American city like Atlanta.

U.S. Navy Seals and Retired Police Join Forces to Rescue Human Trafficking Teen Victims Courtesy of Saved In America (SIAM)

Luckily, there are people working to put a stop to human trafficking, including the non-profit group Saved in America, which is based in San Diego, California. The team is made up of former law enforcement officers, Navy SEALs and other former military members.

Joseph Travers, a chaplain and private investigator, is one of the cofounders of Saved in America. He said he was inspired to start the group when he heard the story of Brittanee Drexel, who disappeared in 2009. She is believed to have been kidnapped, raped, and murdered by traffickers.

“I knew that street gangs, prison gangs and cartels took over drug trafficking in the 1980s and then they took over sex trafficking at the turn of the century,” said Travers.

Travers is quick to point out that funding from supporters makes such rescues possible. Travers secured funding for the venture from several sources including the William D. Lynch Foundation — and recruited, trained and licensed his all-volunteer team.

Medical Ethics and Holocaust Medicine

The Medical Ethics of the Holocaust

How did Hitler get millions of people to follow along blindly and not fight back? Now our fellow Americans are taking the same path.

From 1933 to 1945, German physicians, bio scientists, and nurses – the best in the world at the time – willingly committed the most egregious violations of medical and professional ethics in the name of Holocaust medicine. Guided by eugenic theories of race, they sterilized 400,000 citizens against their will, “euthanized” 200,000 disabled German children and adults, and created the gas chambers and crematoria that were used for the mass murder of 6 million Jews, Poles, and Gypsies in the “final solution.” Without the enthusiastic support of physicians, nurses, bio scientists, and healthcare policy makers, the Holocaust might not have happened. For Holocaust survivors, their families, and the medical community, it is important to remember this time period and learn from it, so we can be better equipped to do no harm.

The mission of the Center for Medicine after the Holocaust (CMATH) is to challenge doctors, nurses, and bio scientists to personally confront the medical ethics of the Holocaust and apply that knowledge to contemporary practice and research, being mindful of the Hippocratic Oath with every step. CMATH is concerned that healthcare personnel, like all human beings, have the capacity to believe they are doing good when they are actually doing harm.

By studying the past, we hope to provide knowledge for today that will prevent the repetition of previous errors and lead to wisdom in future doctors, nurses, bio scientists, and healthcare policy makers so that they will provide better care for their patients and fellow citizens. If the best physicians, nurses, and scientists of the early 20th century could sacrifice their patients for utopian goals, can we be certain that we will not do the same.

Our Champions are either faculty members in schools of medicine, nursing, public health, and other health sciences, or other scholarly individuals who study, teach, and research medicine and the Holocaust. Using videos, content modules, and other resources provided by the Center for Medicine after the Holocaust (CMATH), they challenge their students and colleagues to personally confront the medical behavior and doctoral ethics of professionals in Germany, the United States, and elsewhere during and after the Third Reich, and apply their new knowledge to contemporary medical ethics, research, and healthcare policy. Craigslist takes down Personal Internet Ads Over New Online Sex-Trafficking Law. After years of vigorous use, wisecracks, and legal controversy around one of the web’s oldest romance hubs, Craigslist has shut down its personals in response to new legal liability.

Communications Decency Act from 1996, a law that many internet companies see as vital to protecting their platforms.

“We now have the ability to go after these websites who are exploiting women and children online,”

President Donald J. Trump applauds the Senate for passing H.R. 1865, the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act.  This bipartisan piece of legislation takes an important step forward in fighting the despicable act of human trafficking.

“While the Internet has given us so much good, Congress could not have foreseen the depravity and exploitation that it has caused, and if they could have, they certainly would have never condoned this behavior. The laws put in place to foster innovation were never meant to enable sex trafficking. This concept is so obvious; it is absurd that we even had to clarify it.
